'I live in a seaside town on the North-East coast of England. Throughout lockdown, the beach was one of the only places we were allowed to be for our one hour a day walk in our neighbourhood, so it felt like nourishment for the soul to be out in the sea air. It was our little patch of calm amongst the chaos of living in a pandemic, not being allowed to see other people so taking in the nature that surrounds us, and it was like a mini holiday to just get out for that one hour a day.'
