About The Artwork
'"A Sepia-Toned Alignment" is one in a series of "rearranged drawings" that I have been busying myself with over the most recent national lockdown. They are older experimental ink drawings that I amassed during previous lockdowns, cut up and rearranged like a jigsaw. I am a sculptor/installation artist at heart, and with most exhibition spaces being off-limits momentarily, I found this method of working invaluable to satisfying my own artistic sensibilities. When the World begins opening up again, I will certainly continue developing this aspect of my practice.'
