'This video is of me being able to finally throw and catch. Which is a simple act but I have cerebral palsy, lockdown meant Phyiso from outside was taken away and the pool was out of bounds which meant that I had to do it myself and set tasks in order to carry on. My task was set before lockdown but lockdown gave me the opportunity to work really hard to achieve my goal.'
